Installations:
The installation team brings our clients’ visions to life. From precision fitting to ensuring every detail is perfect, this department is all about craftsmanship and delivering exceptional results.
Workshop:
Since 2022, our expert factory team have been manufacturing our own range of UK-made wooden shutters at our Factory in Kent, turning raw materials into stunning, functional shutter designs.
Surveyors:
Our surveyors are the foundation of our success. They’re the faces who assess our clients home and commercial spaces, ensure accurate measurements, and set the stage for seamless installations.
Sales:
The sales team connects clients with their dream shutters. They’re the first point of contact for every customer we work with, full of knowledge, personable, and driven to provide the best customer experience possible.
Marketing:
Our marketing team is the creative heartbeat of TSS, responsible for designing our brand story, engaging with our community, and driving our digital and in-person presence, perfect for creative and driven individuals.
Accounts:
Our accounts team keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing finances to supporting other departments, they’re an incredibly part of the work we do here at The Shutter Studio.

At The Shutter Studio, we operate from a range of areas around London, Kent and Surrey, with 3 physical locations where many of our team are based.
