Introduction of our CNC machine
To streamline our production and train our team with advanced shutter technology, we have invested in a CNC machine. This programmable machine completely transforms our manufacturing process by automating precise cutting and shaping of shutter components. We can also significantly reduce production time while maintaining exceptional accuracy and consistency in every shutter we produce.

Enhanced louvre painting machine
Recognising the importance of flawless finishes to our shutters, we have also invested in a louvre painting machine. This new machine not only accelerates the painting process, but also ensures a flawless and uniform finish on every louvre by painting and drying them in one swift motion, ready for the team to use straight away in the final shutter design.
By improving efficiency in the painting stage, we can deliver beautifully finished shutters to customers in a timely manner, without compromising on quality.
Team expansion
We are thrilled to expand our factory with a new team member to enhance production. By increasing our team, we are able to increase our capabilities while maintaining the quality craftmanship in the products that leave our facility.
